Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to your bank immediately equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)
**There are no returns on Doorbusters or Final Sale items. All items marked with these phrases are not eligible for return.**
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to email@example.com. If an item is washed contrary to the washing instructions + develops a defect said item is no longer eligible for return. Only damaged goods that meet these requirements will receive return labels.
**Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will be refused + no refund will be issued**
**Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact + unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused + no refund will be issued**
Due to the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. Exchanges are however accepted in person at our store location for purchases made online or in the store.

•All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
• If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, a refund equal to the price of the returned item(s) will be issued to your bank immediately. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Please allow 5-7 days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return has been processed + a refund issued, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to be added back to your account.
